Mares

All of our breeding mares have been chosen for their excellent breeding, motherlines and jumping ability. We have lots of younger mares where the aim is to have a foal and then produce the mare for a career in sport. Such as 'Queeny' who is from the motherline that produced Carthago and Lord Calando and also 'Boselli' who is from 'Burggraaf's motherline and is a full sister to the promising young stallion 'Arandelli' form the Watermolen Stud in Holland.

The older mares are predominantly from good families and are kept purely for breeding purposes such as the mare 'Tipinacolada' who is out of the mother to Ellen Whitakers top horse 'Ocolado'.
