Thursday 17 March 2011 7:14The first foal was born this morning!!!
When the brood mares came in last night after their day in the field we checked the early foalers as usual-not expecting much yet as the first one is due 3rd April. Boselli had a surprise for us though she had really bagged up most times they look ready in the morning but after a day out its all gone again so to come in with such a large bag and milky wax we knew it meant a sleepless night!!! So after stoking up the fire and having a night on the sofa-Boselli had a filly foal at 4am!!
So I now have started the foals page and will add each one as they arrive.
