FOR MY FOREIGN FRIENDSThe computer says YES!!!!!!

So much news to report and so little time!!! We've had a hectic summer and so much has been going on but now the darker evenings are here I can go back to updating this news page!!!

Last year we enjoyed the Blue Chip Winter Championships so much that we have decided to try and qualify as many horses as possible so even if a few are sold we can still attend-as it is a smashing show. So our first outing of the indoor season was actually Solihull and we managed 4th, 5th,6th and 8th out of the 50 odd starts in the Winter Novice qualifier-a shame only the top two go to the RIHS, but Avola, Balia, Apple and Anouk all jumped fabulously and the indoor season started well. The following week was the first Blue Chip class for us and we managed to qualify Ulrich and Apple for the "Star"-Ulrich defied his size to scoot around the jump off faster than all but one of his rivals!! The next week Ulrich qualified again this time for the "Karma" and Apple also secured another ticket for the "B and C" which was mainly as she had a fence in the fox and we thought we'd step her up abit so we were really pleased as she jumped a super double clear. Then this last week-end we managed to secure another ticket to go and this was for Balia to jump the "Power".
We also received news of Balia's family his brother by Oklund won both of the 6yr old classes in Helsinki so lets hope Balia can follow in his footsteps- so far he is maintaining his double clears on each outing so we will wait to see what is in store for his 6yr old season!!!!
